As 4i continues to significantly grow year over year, the Strategic Initiatives & Operations Manager will play a critical role within 4i, acting as a catalyst driving the development, implementation and management of key processes, primarily within the areas of Marketing and HR. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Managing Partner, leading all key internal firm building initiatives including (but not limited to), identifying, planning and executing marketing activities such as conference participation, webinars, email campaigns, managing external vendors, as well as building out internal processes such as developing consultant on-boarding, trainings, thought leadership development, and the identification of other firm building activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal operations manager will have previous experience working within a start-up environment and/or consulting firm (not necessarily as a consultant but preferred) with experience and knowledge in marketing professional services. The Operations Manager should be an excellent communicator, well organized, energetic and a self-starter, with a passion for driving change. The ideal candidate thrives within a fast moving entrepreneurial environment who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has a very strong attention to detail; passionate about delivering only high quality work and will go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done well.
